Avodah (Work)!

One of the staples of Mosh is our daily morning avodah (work). At machaneh (camp) we believe that it is better to come together as a community to clean up camp and make it look more beautiful rather than hire outside personnel to get that work done. Avodah can range from cleaning the pool to cleaning the bathrooms to setting up the weekly Saturday night medura (bonfire).

Avodah is a communal activity that brings kids from all range of shcavot (age groups) together giving the younger kids the opportunity to connect with the older kids. Avodah happens every morning after breakfast while the kids sit with their respective anafim (work groups) during breakfast.
