This shabbat our machane (camp) had the honor of hosting the Habonim Dror’s national shaliach (emissary), Julian, and his wife, Orly. While traveling to different Habonim Dror machanot, Orly has been making beautiful mosaics, customized for each camp. While at Mosh, Orly made us an amazing mosaic of a dove, with the Hebrew word “shalom” (peace, hello, goodbye) written through the middle.
Our Meleched Yad (arts and crafts) specialists, Abigail and Jack, want to continue to make mosaics with the chanichim (campers) after Orly and Julian have left. But… they need YOUR help!! While Mosh currently has some of the necessary supplies, we are looking for a TON more! So if you have any supplies to help make more mosaics please comment on this post or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you so much for your help and support!
